V1.3 Update

Well I finally have my first post-jam update out now. This one is especially notable for being my first released attempt at implementing controller support!

Unfortunately it seems the controller only truly works in the downloadable Windows build, but the download is frankly just the better way to play anyhow (apologies any Mac/Linux only players).

Aside from the controller support, I adjusted a few minor things like adding new tutorial boards for updated controls and extra hints, and fixed one of Billy's voice lines during the chase level to be less confusing.

This will likely be the last post-jam update, depending on if a bunch more problems pop up regarding gamepad controls.
