Stalewater v2.1: Improve My Game jam

I was replaying Stalewater to record some video recently and decided to fix a couple small issues and add in a couple small things for fun. And since the Improve My Game jam is this week I figured there was no better time than no to release this.

Fixes

• Changed "Drink Whiskey" control to proper key in Controls menu and inventory item description
• Lowered volume of some annoyingly loud sounds
• Moved shooting range hint to proper location

Features

• Increased health of dummies to make running animation visible again
• Small addition to end cutscene
